Hello!

I’m Danielle Garcia! I’m a Brazilian mother of two beautiful girls and the wife of a wonderful man. I moved to the USA in January of 2019 from Brazil and I’m now living in Columbus, Indiana.

I worked at a bank in Brazil for 11 years. But since I moved here with my family, I decided to follow my heart and do the work I love, family photography. I started my career during the 2019 Christmas season. It began small, just photo shoots of my friends and their families. I also spent a large portion of my time studying photography and English (yes, I moved here and I didn’t speak English). Now, I consider myself a beginning photographer or a “photographer in progress”. I will continue to perfect my craft; I can improve upon the work I did in the past.

Photography for me is the most personal way to remember and honor the cherished memories of the past.I chose family photography because after all, our family is the most important thing we have in the world. As Andy Worhol once said, “The best thing about a picture is that it never changes, even when the people in it do.”
